15 December 2011•This has been a tremendous month for the Doodlecast for Kids app. First the app was featured in Apple’s New and Noteworthy list in the US, UK, Canada and numerous other countries. Doodlecast for Kids was added as one of just 18 creativity apps featured in Apple’s Apps for Kids listing. The app recieved a glowing (4.8/5 star) review from the Children’s Technology Review calling it a “very important app” and noting that the app “turns the iPad into an ideal experience to share with an adult”.
To top it off Doodlecast for Kids was chosen as the Best App for Younger Children in the Kids@Play Awards at CES. Each year the KAPi prize identifies children’s technology products that raise the bar for innovation and excellence. The app was chosen by a panel of jurors that includes many well-respected names in our industry. We couldn’t have been happier with how the Jurors explained their choice when they said “Doodlecast for Kids removes any doubt that a screen can be a powerful creative, collaborative tool, even for the very young.”
